Soprano Hannah De Priest is an emerging talent based in Chicago. Recent role credits include Belinda (Dido & Aeneas), Oberto (Alcina), and Ïole (Hercules). She recently returned from the Carmel Bach Festival, where she was a Virginia Adams Best Fellow. This season, she makes her debuts with The Newberry Consort, Madison Bach Musicians, and Kansas City Baroque Consortium, and looks forward to a recital of romantic French songs with her boyfriend, pianist Michael Pecak, this October. Violinist Susannah Foster enjoys a diverse performing career on modern and historical instruments. She is based in Boston, where she performs with such ensembles as the Handel + Haydn Society, Boston Baroque, and Les Bostonades, among others. Susannah was concertmaster of the Civic Orchestra of Chicago, and has worked with such conductors as Riccardo Muti, Kurt Masur, Jaap Van Sweden, Rafael Frühbeck de Burgos, Michael Tilson Thomas, and John Williams. Originally from Annapolis, Maryland and now based in Boston, violist and violinist Anna Griffis performs as a soloist, chamber musician, and orchestral player throughout the U.S. and abroad. Equally at home on modern and period instruments, and with early and contemporary music, Anna is a co-founder of Trio Speranza, Executive Director and member of the Ludovico Ensemble, and member of the New Bedford Symphony, Albany Symphony, Hartford Symphony, and Grand Harmonie. Kiyoe Matsuura is a baroque violinist and violist based in Chicago, and founding member of the MENT Consort, a period quartet that was recently distinguished as a Pegasus Rising Young Artist ensemble. She regularly performs with the Bach and Beethoven Experience, and has taken part in summer festivals throughout the U.S. and Europe. Kiyoe earned her Master's degree from DePaul University, where she currently teaches violin in the Community Music Division. 

 

Jason J. Moy is the Artistic Director of Ars Musica Chicago, and a founding member and harpsichordist of the award-winning period instrument ensemble Trio Speranza. Jason serves on the faculty of the DePaul University School of Music, where he teaches harpsichord and directs the Baroque Ensemble. He holds degrees in Early Music Performance from McGill University, where his primary teachers and mentors included Hank Knox, Luc Beauséjour, and the late Bruce Haynes. Katherine Shuldiner graduated from Oberlin Conservatory in viola da gamba performance under the tutelage of Catharina Meints. Locally, she performs regularly with Rachel Barton Pine, Mark Shuldiner, and David Walker, and ensembles such as the Bach and Beethoven Experience, VOX3 Collective, and the Newberry Consort. Katherine has taught at the Whitewater and Madison Early Music Festivals, and teaches viol year-round at Nettlehorst Elementary School in Chicago. Cora Swenson Lee is a cellist and baroque cellist presently based in Rochester, NY. Her most influential teachers have been Professor Alan Harris at the Eastman School, Richard Hirschl of the Chicago Symphony, and Marc Johnson of the Vermeer Quartet. Cora holds degrees from the Eastman School of Music and the Boston University College of Fine Arts; she is presently finishing her Doctorate in Cello Performance at the Eastman School of Music.
